Tape alarm
All dispensers can be fitted with a monitoring system to supervise the sealing process.
The monitoring system supervises the tape roller and the knife by means of photo electric eyes. The alarm generates an audio and visual warning and, if required, it can stop the machine at the same time.
Alarm is given in the following cases:
- No tape is applied
- Tape breaks during sealing
- Tape not cut and case continues to pull tape from the dispenser
- Tape roller empty
