  • "Instant" Heat: Machine is ready to operate in 10 seconds (approx.)
  • External Tension Adjustment: Raise or lower strap tension without opening doors or tabletop.
  • Safety Reset: When doors or tabletop are opened machine will not run until door or top is closed and main power switch is turned off then on again.
  • Weld Cool: Time that heated straps are held together may be increased to ensure best seal under high tension conditions.
  • Automatic Motor Stop: If machine sits idle for 30 to 90 seconds (adjustable) the motor stops until next cycle.
  • Solid State Electronics: New design printed circuit board.
