DF-11 Automatic Strapping Machine

The DF11 is a proven “workhorse” capable of over 37 strapping cycles per minute. It has a rugged frame and roller table top construction. The arch configurations (height and width) increase independently in 200mm (approximately 8”) increments, so configuring for a specific application is not only desirable – it’s doable. Cycle initiation is by start switch, foot switch or optional roller switch. The DF11 has a table height of 795mm (31.3”). Operating on single phase power, the machine can be plugged in
virtually anywhere in your facility. This machine can be ordered to run 9mm (3/8”) or 12mm (1/2) strap. The dispenser is internally located which minimizes the required floor space. The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.

Heavy duty casters for portability many arch sizes available for small and extra large packages
Accepts 3/8" or 1/2" strapping which must be specified
